Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days. Processing times are usually 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be provided where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update by email.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and return requests must be authorised before sending anything back.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aetherliving.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help resolve it.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns process.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
